Job Description
- Manage and organize schedules for executives, managers, or teams.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory; order materials as needed.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelorβs degree may be preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is often preferred (1-3 years).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
