Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes, including orientation programmes.
  • Assist with event logistics and administrative coordination before and during learning events.
  • Support records management and document migration projects.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Prior experience in learning and development administration is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in administrative support roles preferred.

6 months contract (Immediate)

Completion bonus

Pro-rated (0.5 month)

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
