Job Description

Calendar & Meeting ManagementSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive calendars.Prepare meeting agendas, book conference rooms, and take meeting minutes.Arrange complex domestic or international travel itineraries and accommodations



Office AdministrationServe as the primary point of contact for internal employees, clients, and external vendors.Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and manage the front desk/reception area.Manage office inventory, order stationery, and coordinate equipment maintenance.Distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.



Clerical & Documentation SupportDraft, edit, and format professional correspondence, memos, emails, and reports.Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems with strict confidentiality.
