Job Description
1、根据营业情况，对服务员进行工作任务分配，确保提供优质服务。
2、及时向经理和厨师长反馈客人对食品，服务方面的信息、了解客情，亲自为重要客人服务。
3、妥善处理餐厅里发生的问题和客人的意见，并及时向经理汇报。
4、定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，并将结果汇报给经理。
5、督促服务员做好餐厅安全和清洁卫生工作，保证达到饭店规定的标准。
1、有2年以上国际品牌酒店经验。
2、有一定的全国各地方菜肴、食品、酒水等方面的知识。
3、有一定的组织和管理能力。
4、热爱本职工作，工作勤恳，认真负责，亲和力佳。
5、身体健康，仪表端庄。
