Leads the Capital Engineering organization in support of the site providing expert engineering technical support for critical systems, process improvement, reliability engineering, critical system troubleshooting and business support services including: Engineering, capital project management/execution and Utility Support for US Operations. Must ensure a high customer service level, fiscal responsibility, ethical compliance, and continuous site operation.Coordinate Project Execution activities within the site to ensure compliance with local and corporate BI Capital Planning and Project Management Processes. Develop and enforce project management documentation standards in full compliance with applicable regulations (GEP, SOP, cGMP, GAMP, OCG, OCG).
