Purpose

Leads the planning and flawless execution of activations and events end-to-end. Owns delivery, event teams, logistics, suppliers, and on-ground quality. This seat is measured on execution excellence and on-budget delivery — not on a sales target

Reports to: Operations Integrator (owners in the interim)

Oversees: Event crews and on-site staff, suppliers and vendors
