The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior acquisition and technical advisor to the AFMC Special Access Program Management Office and as the recognized Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) developmental planning, capability requirements, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Program Objective Memorandum expert. Responsibilities Serves as Division focal point to integrate across functions and use acquisition and technical expertise to advise SAPMO, MAJCOM, and Air Force leadership as necessary. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with HQ AFMC offices, AFMC Centers, and other MAJCOMs, AirStaff, other Services/Agencies and DoD Offices.
