Job Description – SVP of Finance Location: Noida (Work from Office) Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive end-to-end ownership of the finance function across global entities. This role will oversee accounting, reporting, audit, taxation, compliance, FP&A, treasury, systems, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring alignment with US GAAP. Key Responsibilities Finance Ownership & Governance - Own and lead the entire finance function end-to-end across global entities.
- Establish a robust financial governance framework ensuring compliance, transparency, and Accountability. - Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and leadership team. Accounting, Reporting & US GAAP - Ensure full compliance with US GAAP, including revenue recognition, consolidation, and Intercompany accounting. - Own global financial consolidation (multi-entity, multi-currency).
