Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serves as liaison between the user and in-house maintenance contractor on all ACMV related system.
- Carry out repair and rectification of ACMV related system
- Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot any breakdown issues of all ACMV related system
- Provide recommendation to resolve any malfunction of the ACMV system
- Provide costing for all ACMV related systems based on SOR/prevailing market rate.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance, servicing, repair, and installation works carried out by the in-house maintenance contractor.
- Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water or DX type) for individual room / small area.
- Able to assist Business Development with the aircon pricing
- Possess at least a professional certificate in ACMV / Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
