Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for chillers, retrofit works, and related HVAC projects.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts (consultants, main contractors, dealers, end-users) and act as the main customer representative for all matters.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow existing customers and open new accounts.
• Ensure consistent follow‑up from quotations stage through to sales conversion and project award.
• Drive sales growth and overall business development to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with HVAC/chiller contractors, project dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and update them on service value‑added offerings.
• Plan and execute marketing and customer engagement initiatives to support lead generation and branding.
