Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks align with the project schedule and meet completion deadlines.
- Oversee project execution, participate in site visits, meetings, coordination, and supervision.
- Communicate with consultants, architects, and contractors, addressing all technical issues.
- Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, ACMV shop drawings, and as-built drawings for projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Report to the Manager/Director on project progress and performance.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by the Manager/Director.
5.5 working days per week.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or A&A ACMV projects.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
