Job Description
Accounts Receivables
- Maintain AR sub-ledger including Sales collections/ receipts and debit/ credit note adjustments
- Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (Accounts Receivables)
- Global netting
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
- Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls/ procedures
- Assists in compliance matters like internal/ external audit
Accounts Payables
- Maintain AP sub-ledger including checking completeness & accuracy of expenses and staff claims and preparing payments
- Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (Accounts Payables related)
- Global netting
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
