Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years experience in AR Supervisory or senior role.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Netsuite and Xero.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong Knowledge in AR end to end process.
- Can work independently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of AR specialists, managing daily workload distribution.
- Oversee multi-subsidiary billing, multi-currency revenue streams, and automated workflows inside NetSuite.
- Monitor aging reports, analyze credit risk, and personally handle high-value account disputes.
- Execute month-end closing procedures, reconcile the AR sub-ledger to the General Ledger, and support external audits.
- Partner with IT to refine current system automation
