Robert Half is seeking an AR Specialist to join our finance team in Downtown LA! As an AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable operations. You will be responsible for processing customer invoices, managing customer accounts, reconciling payments, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in our Great Plains accounting system. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the efficient financial management of the organization. · Researching and resolving customer A/R issues
· Preparing aging reports
· Placing billing and collection calls
