Responsibilities
· Process and post Customer Account payments, balancing batches in accordance with financial policies and procedures. This could include cheques, Credit card, branch deposit & EFT's.
· Research customer payment discrepancies ( reconcile short payments, over payments, and communicating with branch or customers as required). Maintain records of same and update ongoing resolution.
· Set up new customer accounts in the ERP system.
