A growing construction company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily receivable operations and assist with maintaining accurate customer accounts. Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
+ Prepare and distribute customer invoices
+ Post customer payments and maintain accurate account records
+ Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies
+ Assist with collections on past-due invoices
+ Monitor aging reports and follow up as needed
Administrative Support
+ Maintain customer files and supporting documentation
+ Assist with month-end reporting
+ Prepare deposit records and payment logs
+ Support special accounting projects as assigned
