McElhanney is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This position is a full‑time 12‑month parental leave coverage contract commencing August 2026 until August 2027 with the possibility to extend. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support our Finance and Accounting department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have well‑rounded accounting experience.

What You’ll Do

• Enter payment applications.
• Enter Accounts Receivables debit and credit memos.
• Enter cash transactions.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Manage AR inbox and respond to AR inquiries.
• Work with the billing team on AR follow up and updates.
• Other responsibilities as required.

What You’ll Bring

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with post-secondary training in accounting.
