In this role, you will apply payments using GetPaid software, handle customer inquiries, and distribute month-end AR reports. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount as you support month-end reporting and cash management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Break out and distribute month-end AR reports
• Post cash report information in PeopleSoft
• Load and balance cheque deposit batches in GetPaid
• Verify and file adjustments in customer accounts
• Process credit balance cheque requests to Accounts Payable
