Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist

Full-time Finance

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will manage customer collections, supplier payments, account reconciliations, inventory-related accounting, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong ERP system experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced engineering and contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR):
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and review the Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
