Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and willingness to learn finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist in preparing and processing customer invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records. Monitor customer accounts and update receivable reports. Perform bank reconciliation and verify payment transactions. Support month-end closing activities. Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of billing details. Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents. Maintain vendor records and payment schedules.
