Job Description
Midea Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to support our financial operations in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and accounting for customer receivables, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilitie
- Review and validate customer invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all billing and receivables-related documents meet internal control standards and local regulatory requirements
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system anomalies related to accounts receivable modules (e.G., oracle or other ERP systems)
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to escalate and resolve technical issues impacting receivables processes
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial documents both electronically and physically
