Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Westport, Connecticut. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments across multiple entities. Responsibilities:
• Process invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and project budgets.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms, and assist with annual reporting preparation.
