Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable functions.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and general ledger.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies with invoices and payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate with internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial analysis and bookkeeping; knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
