This role focuses on handling invoice review, payment coordination, vendor support, and reconciliation activities with a high level of accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate brings hands-on accounts payable experience and can work effectively across finance and operational teams to support reliable payment processes and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Examine vendor invoices for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal financial procedures before processing.
• Assign proper general ledger coding and confirm supporting documentation through purchase orders, receipts, or contract records using three-way matching practices.
