Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of dedicated experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) and automated AP platforms (e.g., Bill.com, Concur, AvidXchange).
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
