Accounts Payable Officer

Full-time Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to support daily AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and data validation. This role is ideal for someone with strong processing experience and exposure to high‑volume Accounts Payable environments.

The successful candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Oracle ERP is required, while exposure to OCR‑enabled invoice processing is highly regarded.

Daily AP Operations

• Manage the AP inbox and respond to internal and external stakeholder queries.
• Maintain Converga logs and monitor invoice workflow.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
