The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Supplier account reconciliation
  • Expense and credit card management
  • Inventory payments
  • Matching invoices to good receipt
  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure correct delivery of goods
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Setting up of payment runs
  • Ad-hoc support across the team

    • Your Profile

    To be successful in this role you will be required to have previous Accounts Payable Officer experience in a high-volume role.

    Previous experience with foreign exchange transactions will be an advantage.
