The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency while maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for completeness and compliance.
+ Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies.
+ Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
+ Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice approval and payment workflows....
