About the Role
The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist exists to ensure Legion’s financial obligations, vendor relationships, and incoming payments are processed accurately, timely, and consistently. This role owns the day-to-day execution of invoice intake, AP processing, payment application, vendor documentation management, and payment preparation within Restaurant365 and related systems including XtraChef.
