Description Accounts Payable Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, payment execution, vendor issue resolution, and month-end AP activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent follow-up, and experience working in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Analyst position:
Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and assist with reconciliations.
Support payment runs, AP aging review, and month-end close.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval procedures.

2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
