Standard Aero invites application for the role of Accounts Payable Administrator. In this position you will support our global invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper matching, coding, and compliance with company approval policy.
• Assess validity of expense accounts and cost centers provided for coding against corporate policies and procedures.
• Review invoices for compliance with commodity and sales tax issues in multiple jurisdictions.
• Correspond with vendors and buyers to resolve invoice issues.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure completeness and timely follow‑up.
