Job Summary
Responsible for Accounts Payable from reviewing supplier invoices to processing payments, handling supplier inquiries, and assisting in external audits.
Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable activities
- Create and update supplier registration
- Check supplier invoices and handle booking of invoices
- Prepare and process supplier payments
- Prepare journal entries for month‑end closing and corrections if needed
- Review and clear unvouched AP accruals / GRIR timely
