Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable processes, and maintain overall financial and accounting compliance.

In this role, you will:

1. Update and maintain accurate accounting transactions.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue billings and update receipt records Send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
3. Accounts Payable (AP): Verify purchase invoices and ensure all documentation is complete Process payments accurately and on time.
4. Reconcile outstanding payments with customers and suppliers.
