Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, claims processing, payment vouchers, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Support audit and GST filing processes while ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Process claims and reimbursements efficiently to support financial operations
• Prepare payment vouchers, perform bank reconciliations, and handle intercompany transactions to maintain accounting accuracy
• Enter accounting records accurately into the accounting system to ensure data integrity
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs to support business decision-making
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing to meet financial deadlines
