Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for subsidiaries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Support project costing by tracking expenses related to vessels, jobs, and work orders.
- Maintain proper documentation for vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
