Job Description
Accounting (GL/AP/AR)
- Posting of accounting entries in SAP systems o Updating records of entries made in the SAP system in excel sheet for easy reference
- Maintaining proper records in the SAP systems
- Recording of bank payments and receipts
- Proper filing of digital books and simple administrations
Payment & Receipts
- Payments for general operating expenses
- Staff claims (Travelling allowances, entertainment etc.)
- Corporate Card payments
Banking
Preparation of online payments via banking system
General Support
- Assist in some month-end reporting documents as required
- Any ad-hoc assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
