Accounts Executive (based at KL Sentral)

Full-time Management & Operations

The incumbent will be in Shared Services Team working together with both our Singapore and Malaysia staff on day-to-day basis. We are looking for incumbent who is motivated, self-driven and possess positive work and learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including but not limited to AR, AP and GL duties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for reporting.
• Involve in financial budgeting process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite is preferred.
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn and responsible.
• Independent and meticulous.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
