Job Description
Overview
- Monthly Salary: Up to $4400 + AWS + VB
- Location: Boon Lay area
- 5.5 days alternate Sat, 8am‑5pm OR 5 days 8.30am‑5.30pm
- Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Coordinate daily finance and accounting matters with internal departments, including Production, Sales, Procurement etc.
- Plan and monitor cash flow to support daily business operations.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and support inventory costing and analysis.
- Review and resolve accounting queries, and provide guidance to AP & AR team members.
- Review and approve payments, monitor bank transactions, and ensure proper cash management.
- Handle payroll processing and in charge of HR-related matters.
- Ensure accounting systems, processes, and internal controls are properly maintained and comply with company policies. ...
