Position: Accounts Assistant (E-commerce & Amazon Operations)

Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, payments, and purchase entries.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Process Amazon settlements, reimbursements, and expense reports.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare GST working (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and maintain records in
Tally ERP
.
Generate E-Way Bills and manage stock journals.
Prepare daily financial summaries and MIS reports.
Maintain invoices, receipts, and accounting documentation.
