We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The role involves handling accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks, daily sales reporting, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in keying invoices and processing payments; track payment terms and ensure timely payments.
• Key in sales figures into accounting software and Excel reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Follow up with teams for missing or unclear information.
• Assist with general accounting tasks and filing; provide support to the finance team as needed.
