Job Overview

The Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the company's financial well‑being and compliance with relevant regulations. This role includes managing accounting operations, producing financial reports, analyzing financial data to guide strategy, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
