To continue our success in Spain and help expand our business here we are looking for an Account & Project Manager (Gerente de Cuentas y Proyectos) – region León, Burgos, Palencia, Spain.
As an Account & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing the entire process from the moment the order is received until the project is finished. You act as the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer, and are the expert in the placement and installation of our UFOs.
You will ensure that everything is arranged as discussed with the sales manager, understand the customer’s needs, and proactively advise on the best product(s) for each customer. If necessary, you will visit project sites and maintain close contact with the customer to understand their service requirements. You will check availability and manage the logistic process.
