Overview
To continue our success in Spain and help expand our business here we are looking for an Account & Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt to project completion.
- Act as the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
- Serve as the expert for placements and installations of our mobile camera systems (UFO).
- Ensure arrangements are made as discussed with the sales manager, understand the customer’s needs, and proactively advise on suitable products.
- Check project sites and maintain close contact with customers to understand service needs.
