Your tasksThe Accounting Team Leader is responsible to coordinate and supervise Accounting activities and processes at the Finance Center, ensuring that the information is reliable, accurate and complies with the Company's Policies, legal guidelines, and tax requirements in a timely and correct manner.Job Responsibilities:- Supervise a team within the Accounting area- Provide trainings, guidance, allocate tasks and responsibilities- Actively participate to the digitalization and automatization of his/her area of responsibility- Coordination and supervision of the month-end closing activities- Implement and follow-up the internal controls specific to the General Ledger area- Analysis of the Balance Sheet variations, follow up and cleanning of old balances- Ensure the correct load of our companies in FIRE without validation errors and provide FIRE notes- Forecast and Budget for some Balance Sheet Items- Understand and review the details of accounting transactions, such as:- Banks, cas...
