Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and develop a team of accountants while overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
-Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
-Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports to ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, investigate variances, and provide insights to support business and management decisions.
-Support internal and external audits, maintain accounting documentation, and ensure adherence to established processes and controls.
