- Preparation of checks, vouchers, and payment for utilities.
- Checks daily reports and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Updating the organization's financial management system daily.
- Preparation of BIR-related reports (FS, ITR, 0605, VAT reports).
- Update business and legal documents of MTC Ads (Mayor’s Permit, DTI, PhilGEPS, Tax Clearance).
- Final checking of financial bidding documents.
- Monitoring and preparation of check disbursement
- Monitoring payments across all passbooks
- Monitoring of contracts with retention
- Ensuring the security and safety of checks on hand.
- Release finance-related documents with the approval of the General Manager.
