Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and various administrative office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working within Coupa, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including payment tracking and collections support.
• Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
