The Accounting Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and financial management of client housing reservations. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining financial accuracy while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review all new unit documentation submitted by the international and domestic account management teams. Verify and reconcile both qualitative and quantitative information between the signed Client Lease, Property Lease, and Quote Sheet to ensure complete accuracy.
• Upon successful verification, establish new units, execute property leases, remit completed leases to property partners to secure housing inventory, and process all required initial payments in the appropriate currency. <...
