Job Description

Our client was established in engaging in the marketing and selling of products of Personal Care and Health Products in Asia Pacific.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a part of bookkeeping by using SAP as well as filing documents: Account Payable and Payment voucher.Account Receivable and Receive voucher.Sale voucher checking by co-ordinating with the Logistic teamAR risk report to JPHQIssue invoice to JPHQ and the related country.
  • Tax Management Completing Input and Output VAT report, input VAT reconcile, and VAT tax filing to Revenue Department.
  • Inventory Handling yearly product destruction observation.Handling yearly stock-taking at the warehouse with the Logistics team.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closing Setting in all accrual expenses in the SAP system.Handling Account Receivable, Account Payable, and other account details.Royalty report to JPHQ.Supporting the external Auditor for half and whole-year audits in case of informat...
