**Accounting Manager**
**Moorefield, WV**
**This is a FT Direct Hire position**
**$100K-$120K**
Our client, a stable and growing **privately-owned manufacturing company** , is seeking an experienced **Accounting Manager** to oversee financial operations at their U.S. plant and sales office.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for **GAAP-compliant accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and audit coordination** , with direct exposure to senior leadership and international group standards.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
+ 5+ years of **accounting experience in manufacturing**
+ Strong experience with GAAP, P&L, balance sheet reporting, and audits
+ Self-starter with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
